About Antonia Pécot
Antonia Pécot is a worship leader, coach, singer, songwriter, recording artist, and ministry strategist with over 25 years of experience serving the local church. Her life is rooted in Proverbs 11:25—"Those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed" -and her mission is clear: to cultivate the heart of true worship in every believer.
As the founder of Fresh Rain Music, Antonia equips worship teams through leadership coaching, workshops, consulting, and custom training materials. Her focus is on building strong, spiritually grounded teams by teaching principles of servant leadership, vocal excellence, team unity, and heart-centered worship. Her newest devotional, Worship Word of the Day, reflects her passion to refresh worshipers and raise up leaders who know God intimately and serve Him wholeheartedly.
Antonia has ministered in churches across the U.S. and internationally and has recorded six original worship projects. She has served with ministries such as Victory World Church, City Church, Fellowship Bible Church, and Eagles Nest Church, and has shared the stage with worship artists like Israel Houghton, Martha Munizzi, Babbie Mason, and Darlene Zschech.
In addition to her work in worship ministry, Antonia faithfully served for 25 years as a Ministry Representative at In Touch Ministries, the global outreach founded by Dr. Charles Stanley. During this time, she helped minister to thousands through prayer, encouragement, and compassionate connection, further deepening her heart for people and the presence of God.
Born in England, raised in Canada, and grounded in Jamaican heritage, Antonia brings a unique global perspective to worship that transcends cultural and denominational lines. She now resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she continues to write, sing, mentor, and lead—while being a proud wife, mother to six amazing adult children and a grandmother.
